As all frames are made-to-order, custom clip frames are non-returnable. Please ensure accuracy prior to ordering.
Shipping
- Shipping to the contiguous United States is priced as follows:
- Free Ground Shipping for orders over $99
- For quotes to the non-contiguous United States, please contact us
- Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.
- Our standard shipping carriers and service levels are UPS Ground/ FedEx Ground and/or USPS (Priority Mail and Parcel Select)
- Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days
- Estimated delivery is between 2 and 5 business days after the order ships
- If there is a deadline involved, we must be notified with a comment accompanying the order. If we can't meet the required deadline we will contact you and refund the purchase.
- Tracking information is sent automatically to the email address provided with your account. Tracking information comes directly from UPS.com, Fedex.com or USPS.com. Please ensure updates are not being intercepted by a spam filter.
Damaged or Defective Goods
- Orders must be inspected within 7 days of receipt
- If the product is damaged, we will replace the order at no charge
- Damaged goods should not be discarded until informed by us, as the carrier has the right to inspect damaged packages

- Online orders are processed over a secure SSL connection
- Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card and pre-paid check
- We do not sell on terms

Customer information is kept confidential. We do not sell or share mailing lists with 3rd parties.
